  • Last Skate Night!
    Our very last Creek Skate Night will be at Yukon on Wheels from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on April 28th!  Come out, support our school, have lots of fun!
  • Last Interurban Night
    Support Creek by eating at Interurban on Reno and Mustang Rd.  Tell your server you are from Creek and it will benefit our school! Our last Interurban night for this school year will be May 14th!
  • Boundary Realignment for 2014-2015
    Have questions about the District's Proposed Boundary Realignment for the 2014-15 school year?  Click here to find out how it will affect your child and Creek!  
  • No More Lunch Charges
    As of May 7, 2014 through the end of the school year, no charging at all will be allowed in the cafeteria.  If your child owes lunch money, please pay your charges before this date. If you cannot pay your charges, please send lunches with your child.
  • Hat Day Every Friday!
    Every Friday is Hat Day!  Bring 25 cents and wear your best or favorite hat :)
  • Fine Arts Night 2014
    Come join us for Fine Arts Night on Thursday May 1st from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.  Selected student artwork from Kindergarten through 4th will be on display.  You can even win a framed, silk weaving crafted by 1st-4th graders! 2nd graders will have a musical performance in the gym that begins at 6:30 (performers need to arrive at 6:10). We hope to see you there!
  • McTeacher Night
    Grab some dinner and have our Creek Teachers and Staff serve you at McDonald's on Mustang Rd. May 6th from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Severe Weather Procedures

In the event of a severe weather emergency, which poses a threat of imminent danger to our students and faculty,
Creek doors will be locked. Students can be checked out when the weather improves and conditions are safe. 

This decision was made by Mustang Public Schools based on the advice of FEMA and the National Weather Service. 

If you feel that you need to to pick up your child up from school, please do so early instead of waiting until the storm approaches. Absences due to severe weather emergencies will be excused. Our first and foremost priority is the safety of all our students and staff. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter of their safety.  

PLEASE NOTE: THIS FACILITY IS NOT A PUBLIC STORM SHELTER.

Alison Boren - Creek Teacher of the Year 2013-2014!

Congratulations to Alison Boren who was voted by the faculty and staff at Mustang Creek to be this year's Teacher of the Year!  Thank you, Alison, for all your hard work and for your dedication to making a difference in all of your student's lives!  We appreciate you!

Creek Raises $4,000 through St. Jude's Math-a-thon

In the fall, students participated in a Math-a-thon that raised money for St. Jude's Children's Hospital. By the end of the fundraiser, Creek students raised a total of $4,213!!

Creek Raises over $1,000 for St. Jude's

Creek students participated in a coin drive for St. Jude's Cancer Research in September. Students raised $1,162.36!  Way to go Creek!

District Approves New Start/End Times

Mustang Board of Education approved new start/end times for the 2013-2014 school year.  Mustang Creek will start at 7:40 a.m. and end at 2:35 p.m.

When you shop at Homeland, make sure to link your Homeland One Card to Mustang Creek.  Our ID # is 61023 If you have not linked your One Card to Creek yet, just ask the cashier to enter our ID during the transaction and your card will be linked to Creek from that point on.  You can also go to  homelandstores.com and click on the Dollars for Schools logo, then scroll down to "linking your card" and follow the directions there.  This is a GREAT and EASY way to help out Mustang Creek!
