4th Grade Parent Survey

Canyon Ridge and Horizon Intermediate schools are collecting data from parents through an on-line survey. This survey will help us better communicate with our parents and communities next school year. Your feedback is essential and important to us. All answers are anonymous and data will be compiled across the district.

Information gathered from this survey will be shared at our 5th grade information meeting for parents on May 7th at 6:30 p.m.  Both Canyon Ridge and Horizon Intermediate will be sharing the same information about Intermediate schools (communication, schedules, transition plans, etc.). Please mark this important meeting in your calendars. More info will be sent at a later date.

If you have any questions regarding this survey, please feel free to contact us!

Office Appreciation Week!

Thanks to everyone for providing so many wonderful treats and office supplies for our Secretaries Robin Brown & Sheryl Griffin, Nurse Tammy Kain, and Nurse's Assistant Tonya Hott during Office Appreciation Week. Creek would be lost without these ladies and what they do for our school every day!

Kindergarten Goes to the Capitol!

Mrs. Story's Kindergarten class was chosen to attend the Tree Lighting Ceremony in Downtown OKC.  They also got to meet Governor Fallon and Superintendent Janet Barresi.

Buy for Less: Save Your Receipts!

We are collecting receipts from Buy for less through March 31, 2015. For all the receipts we have collected, Creek will earn points for supplies. PLEASE SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS and turn them into the office!!

Severe Weather Procedures

In the event of a severe weather emergency, which poses a threat of imminent danger to our students and faculty,
Creek doors will be locked. Students can be checked out when the weather improves and conditions are safe.

This decision was made by Mustang Public Schools based on the advice of FEMA and the National Weather Service.

If you feel that you need to to pick up your child up from school, please do so early instead of waiting until the storm approaches. Absences due to severe weather emergencies will be excused. Our first and foremost priority is the safety of all our students and staff. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter of their safety.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS FACILITY IS NOT A PUBLIC STORM SHELTER.
