Tina Addington - Transitional First Grade
I love teaching and this will be my 21st year in the classroom. I
began my teaching career in my hometown of Borger, Texas in 1983. I
taught kindergarten there for four years and transitional first for
three years before moving to Oklahoma. I taught first grade in
Mustang for four years before moving into my present position as
Transitional First grade teacher.
I am married and my husband, Kline, works for
Advanced Fire Protection. He installs industrial fire sprinkler
systems. We have two children, Lindsey and Clint. My
favorite thing to do is spend time with my family. We enjoy
skiing, fishing, watching OU sports and playing board games. Lindsey and
I enjoy shopping and scrapbooking. In my spare time I love to read
and work on various arts and crafts projects.
Teaching is my calling. I love being in
the classroom, interacting with children, and being the facilitator in
the learning process. The rewards are many and I truly feel
blessed to be in the teaching profession.
